Technical corrections can affect rankings within weeks. Content and link work typically shows results in three to six months. We document positions before starting so you can track actual movement rather than relying on vague impressions.

At minimum: Google Search Console and Google Analytics access. For technical work we may need CMS or server access. Our onboarding form specifies exactly what is needed for your project type.

Extras can be added before checkout or in the first week of the project. After that, additional work becomes a separate project to protect your delivery timeline.

Payment in full before work starts. You receive an onboarding form within 24 hours of payment. Work begins within 2-3 business days of the completed form being returned. All deliverables are sent digitally.

Full refund within 24 hours of payment if no work has started. After work begins, refunds cover the proportion of work not yet completed. Full details on our Refund Policy page.
